[Video] Amazon mocks iPad Air, and shows why Kindle Fire is better - Boost Business

clear

12/02/2013 No doubt the iPad is still the tablet product reference and overcome, and although its market share is already far from the 60 or 70% that used to have and now is left with a number close to 30%, rival companies are looking through advertisements demonstrate why their products are superior to the iPad.

Apple recently introduced the iPad Air, the new generation of the largest tablet of company that improves processor and is known for being much thinner and lighter than its predecessor tablet, and this has been one of the points relating to market to your tablet.

While the iPad is not the Air World’s thinnest (Sony already sells for months one that surpasses it in that aspect) in weight issue is a winner, but Amazon decided to attack from that side.

With a voice with a British accent that clearly mimics Jony Ive, the head of design at Apple, introduces his “magical iPad Air with Retina display” as a speaker with an American accent does the same with the Kindle Fire.

Regarding the Amazon , the speaker indicates that the Amazon tablet has almost 1 million more pixels than iPad Retina screen, and that’s real, as Kindle Fire has a resolution of 2560 x 1600, compared to the iPad Air reaches 2048 x 1536.

Another important detail is advertising the iPad Air is extremely light, while Kindle Fire weighs 20% less. In this case, advertising is not clear that Amazon has a 8.9-inch screen, while the iPad is 9.7, so the comparison is not entirely fair.

Finally, the closure is determined price, promoted by the British broadcaster and U.S. $ 499 for the iPad Air, while Kindle Fire only $ 379 these prices valid for United States only.

No doubt Amazon chose to compare their tablet on aspects in which stands out, while there are others that iPad wins, as the number of applications, among other benefits
